At Estrategya, we understand that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is our responsibility for the impacts of our decisions and activities on society and the environment through transparent and ethical behavior. Commensurate to that, our behavior and actions should be consistent with sustainable development and the welfare of society; takes into account the expectations of stakeholders; is in compliance with applicable law and consistent with international norms of behavior; and is integrated throughout the organisation.

Our CSR team has adopted a strategic approach to giving to society, through innovative initiatives and programmes for sharing knowledge. In 2021 we decided to launch our Charitable arm which is going to lead all CSR initiatives and Charity activities targeted at the Upper Egypt, youth sector, and fresh grads with the aim to introduce Egypt Nationals to Field of professional services and acquaint them on global working environment. In order to ensure long-term sustainability, our CSR & Charity arm is based on three dimensions:

• Free-of-charge consultancy services to NPOs and NGOs
• Free-of-charge trainings to fresh grads and entry-level staff
• 5% of our projects’ net profit to be transferred to our charitable arm

Estrategya also developed a Summer Training Programme that provides Upper Egypt grads/ undergrads with the opportunity to work in Estrategya to gain work experience and skills in our operational areas (Virtual Delivery, Advisory, Academy, HC, Elevate).

Furthermore, Estrategya family contributes and participates in many local CSR initiatives and awareness campaigns.
